Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?

The products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ are not available for sale. Please use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to be informed of the product’s availability nmcpharma.com

Why do I see a ‘delivery charge’?

It usually costs more to ship some items. So, sometimes we choose to add a delivery charge. The delivery charge is sometimes waived off by us if you shop for a certain amount.

Why is ‘COD’ option chargeable?

As a manufacturing and selling firm we have tied up with logistic companies that offer modern delivery services to ensure that your products are delivered on time and with safety. Cash on Delivery service is chargeable by our logistic company and hence you are liable to pay their COD charges if you wish to choose this option. We may waive off COD charges in some cases.

How can I track my order?

To check the tracking status of your order, follow the steps given below:

Click on the Track Package button next to the order that you wish to track.

How can I cancel my order?

Customer can cancel the order and avail 100% refund before the dispatch of their order. Once the order is dispatched an equivalent amount of shipping charge will be deducted and the refund will be made accordingly.

To cancel an item:

  • Go to the Customer Support Sectionand click Order Cancellation
  • Find the order you want to return, and click Cancel Order
  • Select an option from the Reason for return You can add any additional information in the Comments box.
  • Click Submit for Approval.
  • Your order will be cancelled and you will be notified about the refund within 2 business days. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

 

What are the available delivery speeds and delivery charges?

The delivery speeds available are between 2-4 business days or 5-10 business days both of them are categorised as Express Delivery and Surface Delivery respectively. The delivery charges vary because of your delivery location and are displayed on the product detail page and checkout pages.

What is your Return Policy?

To return an item:

  • Go to the Customer Support Sectionand click Return Items
  • Find the order you want to return, and click Return an item from this order
  • Select an option from the Reason for return You can add any additional information in the Comments box.
  • Click Submit for Approval.

Once you click on “Submit for Approval”,you will see one of the four following options:

  • You will see a return confirmation asking you to schedule a return pickup. You will simply need to specify the date and time of pickup
  • Your request will be forwarded to us. After we review your return request, you will receive an e-mail with the return label and instructions on how to return your item. You can either print and paste the return label on your package or you can write the seller’s return address and Return Authorization Number on a piece of paper and paste it on the package before you ship your return.
