Return and Refund Policy - NMC Pharma

At NMC Pharma, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 15 days of receiving your product, subject to the terms outlined below.

Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accompanying materials (e.g., manuals, labels).
  • You must provide proof of the product’s condition by submitting a clear photo and a short video of the item, including its packaging, at the time of return initiation.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at info@nmcpharma.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
  2. Upon receipt of your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved. Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected, along with the status of your refund or exchange request.

Refunds

  • Approval Process: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Items that do not meet our return conditions (e.g., used, damaged by the customer, or missing packaging) will not qualify for a refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider (typically 5-10 business days).
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by NMC Pharma.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your item for a different product:

  • Email us at info@nmcpharma.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and details of the replacement product you’d like.
  • We will provide an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and instructions for returning the original item. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, unopened, in original packaging, with a photo and video).
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional shipping charge, provided the exchange is of equal or lesser value. For exchanges of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.

Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Gift items provided as part of offers or discounts.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective).

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nmcpharma.com with your order number and a photo and video documenting the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you, including return and replacement shipping fees, or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

  • Shipping Responsibility: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as NMC Pharma is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Right to Refuse: NMC Pharma reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange that does not comply with this policy or applicable laws.
