At NMC Pharma, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and timely delivery experience for our customers. We maintain an inventory of all products listed on our website, enabling us to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days from the date of order placement. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to slight delays beyond our control.
Delivery Timelines
- We strive to deliver your order to your doorstep within 5-7 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing and shipping times may be extended due to high demand.
- Deliveries to rural domestic addresses may require an additional 1-2 days.
- Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or international locations at this time—our services are limited to India only.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
- Once the order is processed and dispatched, we will send a WhatsApp message with the Tracking ID.
- Registered users can also log into the “My Account” section on our website to view order details directly.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is offered on orders of INR 499 and above.
- For orders below INR 499, a flat shipping fee of INR 80 will apply.
Delivery Process
- Our courier partners will contact you via phone before delivery. Please ensure availability to receive calls, as three failed contact attempts will result in the product being returned to us.

For customers preferring flexibility, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD):
- No advance payment is required; payment is made at the time of delivery.
- Maximum order value for COD is INR 5,000.
- Note: COD availability depends on the product and serviceable location. Where unavailable, customers must use Online Payment Options.
Limitations of Liability
- NMC Pharma is not liable for damages or losses arising from delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss to the product during transit. Such claims should be directed to the respective courier company.
